The Anand Karaj is one of the most beautiful and deeply spiritual ceremonies in the world. The four Lavaan around the Guru Granth Sahib, the saffron and white florals, the flowing fabrics and golden light — a Sikh wedding is a celebration of the soul as much as it is a celebration of love. At Partyland Sajawat, we approach every Sikh wedding with the deepest respect for Gurbani and Sikh traditions, creating environments that are reverent, joyful, and breathtakingly beautiful.
We serve Sikh couples across New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Atlanta, Ohio, Florida, New York, Boston, Connecticut, and the entire East Coast and Midwest. Every design is built completely custom around your vision and your faith.

Designing the Anand Karaj Space
The ceremony space for a Sikh wedding must be arranged with absolute respect for the Guru Granth Sahib. The palki or takht (the ceremonial throne), the canopy above it, and the surrounding environment should create a sense of divine sanctity. At Partyland Sajawat, we work closely with families to ensure our decor placement honors all protocols while creating a space of magnificent beauty. We design canopies, floral arches, aisle runners, centerpieces, and reception stages that are cohesive with the color palette and spirit of Sikh tradition — often in saffron, ivory, marigold yellow, deep red, and royal blue.
Sikh weddings are a full celebration spanning multiple days and events. The Maiyan is an intimate ceremony of blessings and beauty preparations. The Chunni ceremony is the formal welcome of the bride into the groom’s family. The Anand Karaj is the sacred Gurudwara ceremony of four sacred rounds. And the reception is the grand celebration that follows. At Partyland Sajawat, we design each of these events as its own fully immersive environment. We have experience creating Sikh wedding decor at venues in New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, DC, Atlanta, Ohio, and Florida, New York, Boston, and Connecticut.
From our portfolio, our Ethereal design — a pure white floating mandap in a rustic space — and our Classic New York Elegance — green leaves and white roses with a water-like aisle runway — represent the kind of refined, spiritual beauty that suits many Sikh wedding visions perfectly.
Partyland Sajawat has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Maharani Weddings, Mandala Weddings Magazine, South Asian Bride Magazine, and Washingtonian Bride & Groom. We are one of the most published South Asian wedding decor studios on the East Coast, trusted by Sikh families across New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, DC, Atlanta, Ohio, Florida, New York, Boston, Connecticut, and beyond.
